ACCESS TO THE MARINA FROM THE SEA
Kelvingi is a small village, located 13 km from Tallinn. The beach in Kelvingi is stony, and near the village there is a forest.
Sheltered from all directions. Entry unpleasant with NE winds. Approach along 213°–33° towards the entrance of the marina. At the entrance there is a green beacon on the north breakwater (F G 2M G BN) and a red beacon on the south breakwater (F R 2M R BN). After passing the south breakwater, keep to port, as there are rocks at 1.6 m in the middle of the basin.
