From 2 to 9 August 2021, we had a visitor here in Latvia – journalist, sailor and author at the BLAUWASSER.DE – Michael Amme. He visited all of the Latvian harbours which are being developed in cooperation with Estonia – Latvia Programme and along the way saw few of the most beautiful Latvian cities.
